I authorize Shipra Travels, LLC to charge my credit card for cancellation as per below details. Further I understand that I have authorized this transaction and will hold Shipra Travels, LLC harmless with respect to these instructions.
This is to affirm that, I authorize Shipra Travels INC. & its Partner(s), Ticket Issuer(s), Supplier and Airlines – to charge the above-mentioned amount on my Credit / Debit Card as acknowledged above. I shall not decline, reject, challenge or charge back such amount charged on my said card for the purpose of paying cancellation / date change fees rendered. I also declare that in case of charge back or decline this transaction at a later stage; I can be legally penalized for the same and this document can be used at that time.

NOTE: Once the payment is confirmed and flight tickets/ travel vouchers are cancellated “No changes can be made afterwards” and passenger won’t be able to get the same fare/ booking/ flight/ ticket.
